Ba Tri Seafood Factory was established from the joint venture between Ben Tre province and Special Aquatic Products Import & Export Company with the original name “Fishery Processing & Export Factory”
The factory was merged with Batri Seafood Company to become Ba Tri Seafood Joint Venture Company
Ben Tre People Committee transfered all ownership rights to Special Aquatic Products Import & Export Company
Ba Tri Seafood Factory became a branch of Special Aquatic Products Joint Stock Company in Ben Tre province
Ba Tri Seafood Factory is developing and introducing its high-quality products to the world market
